Grimes is the Hideo Kojima of musicians... I love her actual work, but the second creepy baby imagery gets involved, I just get frustrated and vaguely annoyed.

I care insofar as I’m looking forward to more gorgeous alien landscapes (and maybe a cool promotional VR thing, since that seems right up Cameron’s alley), but that’s about it.

Instead of a pointless sequel, how about a dark, realistic character study and origin story for Manbat? Ooh, or Clayface. Riddler circa Jim Carrey?

Agreed, if I were Dr. Phil rich, my house would be weird as fuck. If this were his chosen decor, I’d actually like him a little more. (which still puts my liking of him at negative 100, but an improvement nonetheless)

It’s unfortunate timing, and I’m always down to dunk on Angel (except right now, seems sort of shitty to rag on him while this is happening) and A&E, but come on. Really? I know AVC is AVC in name only these days, but this is still beneath you.

Holy hell, that’s amazing. They would have been better off selling an updated roster ROMhack of Wrestlemania 2000 at this point. 

How Did This Get Played might be my favorite new podcast this year. It might not be particularly notable in any way, but it’s a lot of fun. 

Oh sure, the Welsh puppet a corpse around on Christmas and it’s all traditional good fun. I do it and get arrested. 

Good point on LOTR, but to be fair, that was an adaptation of a beloved series of books, whereas Avatar has no source material besides Fern Gully to work with.

I loved the shit out of Avatar at the time (yeah, it was corny and basic, but I adored the world and the visuals), and I still think modern 3D is great when used well, but even I’m having a hard time caring anymore. I’ll see them, but this is such a bad way to go about making sequels. What if 2 gets trashed for…

Oh my god, yes, I didn’t even think about podcast potential! Shame that Yeah, It’s That Bad is dead... they’d have a blast eviscerating this.

Exactly why I plan to obliterate my memory of it with various substances as I watch, haha. 

I can’t remember the last time I’ve been so hyped to hatewatch something. 

YES. Even rare, occasional new entries is beyond what I had hoped for. This is excellent news.

I’m still not convinced that this isn’t just a way to test the waters for Freaked 2, the movie we’ve all truly been waiting for. 

Right, I’m looking forward to getting stupidly high and watching this from a dubious website in a few months. Movies this gloriously misguided and awful don’t come along very often.

Oh yeah, it’s a blatantly unfair game, haha. Many situations where it’s impossible not to get hit. I only play it on free play cabinets and emulators for that reason.

Same, but with CarnEvil. It’s at the point where I can pretty much guarantee a long-lasting top spot on the machine’s leaderboards. It’s not that I’m particularly good or anything, it’s just that most folks don’t even remember CarnEvil, let alone took the time to memorize it.
