Exciting that they announced for current-gen, means it’s probably not too far off.

That’s what I mean (and why I’m careful not to take either side here), it’s such an odd thing.
I’ve been reading a LOT on McKamey recently, and it’s just fascinating in the worst way. Never mind the “extreme haunt/torture house” part, he’s not the only one doing that shit, the bit that gets to me is how off his rocker McKamey himself seems to be. Like, extremely thin-skinned for a guy who does what he does,…
I’m all about “haunted media” stories, they’re always fun. And I do love some Memphis horrorcore now and then. But man... this one’s kinda silly, even for /x/.
My category would have to be “90s software ephemera”. Just long-forgotten games and software that there’s no reason to expend mental energy remembering, yet I constantly find myself thinking about. I need to do *something* with my knowledge of Encarta 97 or random college project games that were scraped off of some…
While I find r/ghoststories more eye-rolly than anything, I can totally get behind the love of context-free bits of online creepiness. Many 3AMs here have been spent going down rabbitholes trying to get the ol’ heart racing.
Yeah, the King mention threw me. He’s not exactly terrifying to behold.
Does this apply to the “poop” in “whoopty scoopty poop”? I mean, if Kanye’s gonna Kanye, he should Kanye all the Kan-way.
For me, it was “Dirty deeds and the thunder kid” (I guess like Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid?). So it was always a song about a couple of strangely named outlaws for me until I learned the actual lyrics.
That’s how I feel about him, too. I’m a little more forgiving of his movies than most, but I’m not going to sit here and try to convince anybody that Tusk was high art, either.
It’s crazy how true that’s become for me. I still play a lot of games, sure, but just following what’s going on in the industry takes up more of my free time than actually playing things. (at least on off years like this one, where only a scant few releases really grabbed me)
Long-awaited sequel to a well-liked movie disappoints by repeating scenes from the original with minor tweaks and putting less effort into the new material? Naaaah, that never happens!
Best one of these in a long, long time.
Agreed! Such a clever concept.
This show is everything I’ve wanted out of a modern horror anthology show so far. It’s fun, gory, doesn’t take itself seriously, colorful as hell, and I’ve enjoyed every segment thus far. On close inspection, the faux comic ads between segments are pretty poorly edited and clearly whipped up super fast, but even that…
Please, never say “Trump’s taint”.
No worries, I don’t share that particular struggle, but I had to hit the comments to figure out what was even happening here. I got the general idea, but yikes.
Ahem, I believe you mean “the beetus”.
I’m just here waiting for the tie-in pinball table.
This makes me happy, mainly because I already terribly miss Demi on Punch Up The Jam. Nothing against Miel, of course, but their chemistry was perfect.
