Yup. Price is a huge barrier to health care here in the US. This person is crowing about access to that care without taking into account how freaking expensive it can be or that health insurance companies can deny you for... reasons, with almost no over sight.

As it is now, the Canadian system can deny you access to procedures if they aren’t considered medically neccessary. That can be broad or not. Here, you can be denied care for not having the right insurance. So, how is that "access"? 

If you have to choose between paying for those physicians because your insurance didn’t approve of the procedure, and crippling bankruptcy, then you do not have access to those physicians/treatment.
