Agreed. Regen on lift/coast is not only the norm for EVs, but is more similar to lift throttle engine braking on an M/T, so not sure why Porsche is avoiding it. It’s stronger than engine braking, so maybe they could default to a weaker setting, but it doesn’t make sense to leave out completely.

My dad’s family is from there, and when we lived there it was just like a generic local/regional brand. Fast forward 20+ years and now it’s the de facto race gas at most tracks with a stellar reputation. Way to turn it around, I guess!
