Hard agree! lol Hopefully if things work the way we want we’ll be getting some property in the middle of nowhere. Small house, huge pole barn or similar.

I call BS on the truck tailgates. Those features are legitimately useful

That said, I’ll be moving to Detroit very soon.

The Red Car, by Don Stanford., 1954

“The Red Car” by Don Stanford. Read it in the second or third grade, and fell in love with European cars (and, of course, the MG-TC in particular).

Get a big ol’ Kenworth with an outlandish western scene painted on the trailer. Then use a 77 Trans Am Special Edition to run blocker. Keep in touch via CB to avoid those Smokeys. Then get Eastbound and down.

I sure am! Thanks! And I have a motorcycle news update coming soon as well! :)

You’ve *never* been actually poor,  have you?
When you work 3 jobs and live 50 miles away from those jobs because that’s the only place you can afford to live, you need reliable transport.

Because some people need a truly reliable car that won’t make them miss a shift of work, and they’re on a strict budget so they need to know exactly what they’re paying for their car and have a warranty that will cover unexpected repairs. Hyundai and Kia especially are good choices since even if you finance for 84

Oh my this is the content I crave. We moved out of our HOA 2 months ago and dammit I can't wait to paint my front door teal. Take that assholes!

I had this happen to me about 10 years ago, when I was trying to find a dealer in the DC area who could get me the best deal on the only remaining new G37 6MT on the east coast at the end of the 2008 product cycle. I made the mistake of visiting the dealer with the lowest internet price, instead of the Infiniti dealer

Good catch on the math error there.  Of course, unless you do what he/she did and move to a cheaper market, its not profit if you have to put it in the next house which likely increased the same %.  Its only profit when you finally leave the market, otherwise its more or less unrealized gain.

Husband: “Hunny... you still owe 37 blowjobs in late fees”.

No thanks. It’s already too much of a hassle. My very long-time partner only gets in the mood if I first spend the day doing chores around the house (scrubbing the toilets is worth bonus points) followed by my making her a special snack.

Moneywell was a close second, but what makes YNAB 4 unique is its presentation where you can see multiple months at once. Even though the app philosophy is to budget money you have, I use that presentation to forecast and budget over several months so that I can make sure I’m earning enough. For example, Bulgaria is

YNAB 4, which is no longer supported. It has been revamped into the ‘new YNAB’, which has a fraction of the features and was developed by doing the opposite of what long-term loyal users suggested. The developer told us all to go have fun with ourselves and is 100% focused on getting new clients while doing everything

This is very similar to how I do it as well.
