I don't listen to voicemail but I return the calls. (Ok, I read the GVoice transcription).

I am not a big fan of reading on touch screen devices, just because I can't use my finger/mouse pointer to guide my eyes as I read. So probably super cheap $79 Kindle is the one for me.
