You don’t need the actual Index to play this, or any, VR game. There are plenty of VR or “Mixed Reality” headsets that can offer perfectly solid experience for a fraction of the price.

I have problems with the exact opposite issue that Sony is mentioning here: every time I turn on my TV, my PlayStation turns on. Which is a problem if I don’t actually want to play on my PlayStation.
The DS sonic games--Rush and Colors--did a good job of keeping the momentum going, IIRC.
Part of the reason I got a PS5 is that my PS4 would completely lock up when I tried to connect it to the 5G version of my Wi-Fi—it would forever be stuck on the “testing connection” screen, and wouldn’t even turn off unless I ripped the plug out.
To answer your question: gotta go fast, bro.
What was that aspect ratio? Was that a trailer designed for ultrawide displays?
Many people, me included, are having their PS5 replace their PS4, and I have a lot more than 3 ps4 games.
No, it’s a reference to being able to hide games in your library, which is useful but not as useful as folders.
My ps4 had the same issue, so I'm forced to assume that PS consoles are just incompatible with 5 GHz wi fi.
All this stuff is good and all, but I still want folders. I gave up on Nintendo ever bothering to bring those back; I really hope that Sony isn’t going to forget about them too.
I’m happy that there’s actually a decent amount of shows here that seem like they should actually be worth watching, but annoyed that they’re not all on one platform, given that both of the only two real platforms out there now are currently both owned by the same megacorporation.
The “Main” Oddworld games are what was known as “cenimatic platformers”—platformers that were meticulously well-animated, with a focus more on exploration than straightforward challenges. The original Prince of Persia is also an example of this.
What does “Shin” even mean in this context?
These glasses remind of Google Lens in a lot of ways, most notably in that they were promoted as Cool New Gadgets and then years later I thought back to them and realized that no one actually had a chance to buy them.
Port this shit to PC, Sakaguchi. This is literally the only game I care about that is on Xbox but not any other devices, and I’m not digging up my 360 just to finish this, and I’m not buying a new Xbox either.
My understanding of the word “smurf” in this context is this:
My favorite handheld, and possibly my favorite console ever. Between the 3DS and DS’s libraries, this system might have had the best library out there, with a massive selection of diverse and unique experiences that simply wouldn’t be the same on other consoles. I liked the two screens, I liked the touchscreen, I even…
As the article says, this is a game that looks really generic on first blush, and only reveals its depth once you’ve tried it for a bit longer than an hour. The gameplay is solid but hardly original, but the characters and worldbuilding are surprisingly unique. At least, that’s how I felt when I played it probably…
GI is a “Single player, story driven game” though. Like, don’t get me wrong, I don’t like the gatcha stuff either, but GI gives me pretty much everything I could want out of an open-world SP game, including a decent story (or more accurately, lots of smaller, decent stories).
The copy of the game provided through PS+ this month is not eligible for the free PS5 upgrade.
