My dad has a Saab 93 (the last one with a hatch, thank gosh) and a Triumph TR3A. I've developed somewhat of a penchant for the quirky.

@Roggin: no, it's instant, but drops off like the upper end of a regular car's. the advantage here is the fact that there's no build up from 0 rpm to peak torque.
