Except that Vikings is set in a historical era and geographic region where there was little, if any, racial integration. Having an all-white cast is actually reflective of the setting. Fast forward a century or two, or relocate to another area, and it may be a different story.

But you can still download the mod through ModDB, and you can still install it and use it. You don’t have to download mods through Steam for them to work on Steam. They’re not trying to block access to it completely.
