@Scandinavian Flick: Yeah, there's a couple hereabouts. They really do look better in person. Sacrilege or no, I would drive one cheerfully.

@Muscles Marinara: There is a black-on-black Caprice wagon for sale across town from my place, seems to have been on offer forever. If I didn't already have a project on the go I'd probably look into picking it up. It's intimidating.
Given that I have a Supra with a grey interior and shitty, smoked-in seats, and given that this is among my many boxy-people-mover loves, I vote nice price. I've seen some very tidy performance builds from that L block.
When I was a kid, before I knew the first thing about cars, I had a poster of a 911. I didn't know anything about Porsches, or really anything about anything other than the cars my folks owned (a 1997 Silverado and a 1993 Buick LeSabre at the time), but I knew I wanted one of these cars.
I voted nice price, but I've long dreamed of buying a basket-case Porsche and then working myself to ruin trying to get the damned thing to run reliably, and this one is just too clean for that kind of Sysiphean dream.
This is my answer for every other QOTD.
@Andrewpetty: Well-reasoned, sir.
@clevemire: Wait, do the monkeys handle the porno production too?
@area_educator's Saturn SC2 needs a Northstar V8 more than it needs a back seat: Tangentially, there is apparently a Caliber owner's club in my city. I watched them roll by one night making a tremendous racket. I wonder what it's like to be in denial that hard.
@sney drives a crossover: C'est juste.
Fourth-gen Mustang. Here in Alberta, they're the redneck's Supra: relatively cheap, lots of cheap performance parts. All the unmodified ones are V6s.
@sney drives a crossover: I photographed one that, according to the owner, was stock aside from some aftermarket engine management.
@ryan.f.cunningham: Her insurance is paying for the repairs, I trust. Terribly sorry about your car.
@Maxichamp: They do that up here too, and I live as west as it gets before you hit coastline.
@Turbineguy - now with reheat!!: It looks like the air-exchanger intake on top of a Brutalist high school. I'm okay with that.
@TexanIdiot25: Demands his star, and cult of cars: Man, say what you will about the Impulse, I think they're beautiful cars.
@Turbineguy - now with reheat!!: Heart click for you.
NP, but only because there are enough douchy ricers in my town that I could sell those wheels for a decent sum and get something more civilized, and there are enough Zs here that I could probably find a manual transmission without too much trouble.
