What is your opinion on long-term (“forever”) use of steroid sprays (for an adult)? Whatever I have does not seem to be seasonal (FWIW, tests show slight allergy to dust). Oral anti-histamines don’t do much for me (but I take them anyway) - Montelucast and Qnasl spray seem to be the most effective.
