You are joking, right? Based on other comments here, apparently not. I’m 63 years old and have lived my entire life in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. When I was a kid a long time ago, my parents taught me that 15% was a reasonable tip for normal good quality service. When and where was 7% considered acceptable?

While I always tip 20%, I agree that it’s fucking ridiculous that we’re subsidizing the person’s employer. I tip the 20% because it’s not the employee’s fault.

I heard commentary on the distinction, nobody says “But Joe’s such a talented plumber” or “But Robert’s such a gifted surgeon”.  We make these kind of exceptions for the famous and the powerful.  Which sucks.

I still really like the first one because of the spy stuff, especially during the first half of that movie.  I’d love to see more of that old-school espionage in the next movies.

Sign me up. Fallout reminded me why I loved seeing movies on the big screen. I am far from an action junkie or even fan, but damned if that visceral thrill didn't top my year end list. Not sure how they'll come up with crazier stunts (Cruise walks on the sun?), but I want to see them try.
