Who needs all that fluff? The first few years of my pre-marriage relationship were average life punctuated by a couple traumatic/tragic experiences. By the time we got married, we already knew that we could survive anything life threw at us. I'd take that over dragonflies.

This procedure helps women with their sex lives? Just wait till the pundits find out about that! I can see the Fox headlines now- "Are your tax dollars helping sluts have sex?"

Now playing

I want to cry at how close this is to life, for all women everywhere:

Only one way to find out. Drown him in holy water and see if he sizzles.

I'll admit that I love the picture. I don't think I could take something as freaky-looking as that again if I spent my life trying.

*sigh*

So we're mocking someone's homophobia by making fun of Italian stereotypes?

I'd star this a hundred times if I could. I'm wincing in sympathy at the same time as laughing hysterically.

Broccoli is amazing, and goes in almost anything you want to make. Stirfry? Sure! Curry? Why not? Cheese sauce, pasta, grilled, roasted, steamed- it's the perfect vegetable.

No one in the history of humanity has ever had a rational conversation with an upset 2-3 year old.

Don't you know? Women in control of men goes against the natural order!

:)

I find this data fascinating, but don't really know what conclusions to draw.

Nice try. I clearly said everything was split equally, and it was tied specifically into a post about guys who don't mind doing housework. To then give an example is in no way reinforcing untrue gender roles.

That was my point, actually- that there's no point making fun of anyone for not knowing something.

Did his mother work, btw? I've got a theory that the sons of working women are more considerate and more likely to do housework since they would have helped out more growing up. My husband is the same way. As soon as we moved in together, we split the chores so that I cook, he does the dishes and laundry, and we

Holy crap! I don't know how you deal with that, I really don't. You can't even confront them, since you don't know how violent they'll be (or at least that's the impression I get).
