Just like me and my younger sister, who we refer to as the Sleeping Bear. (As in, don’t wake...)

“I’m tired of a world in which such disordered personality can attempt to destroy a man so good and moral and kind and loving.”

Dance Academy was my SHIT a few years ago. I started watching it a little before series 3 came out. I have a lot of feelings for that show. <3 (And then I watched the short-lived NBC summer show, Camp, that had a lot of DA actors.)

I’m shit at doing my hair. My hair doesn’t want to cooperate at all if I try to pull it up into a high ponytail or bun, and it SUCKS. I want to join the casual top knot trend, but I can’t. :(

My eyes slope down instead of up, so I can’t get a good cat eye liner look to save my life. It sucks. I’m also horrible at wearing heels. My feet swell up instantly if the shoe “slope” (for lack of a better word) is too steep.

I feel like chill vacations are usually what rich people do. I know that if I’m paying money to travel to a location, I’m going to see every cool thing about that location because I’ll probably never get that chance again.

THIS IS EVERYTHING TO ME

They’re also sort of 90s names now (Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Muffy Crosswire from Arthur) so I wouldn’t be surprised if they become sort of popular as Millennials start having kids.

Suggestion #2 is how I roll. It also helps that I look young, so older people look at my sympathetically like I’m a young teen traveling alone and help me with my bags.

They’re hilarious. If I have a kid I’m naming her Buffy or Muffy. Loves it.

Also, she had sisters named MIMSY and FLOSSIE. Day made. I didn’t know that was actually a thing and not joke WASPy names.

I also sort of like LP because it reminds me of something Buffy Summers would’ve worn paired with a leather jacket whilst staking vamps. And Buffy is my style icon.

She apparently kept her house unlocked/door open so literally anyone could drop in and say hi. She seemed like a fun person.

Confession time: I acutally sort of like Lilly dresses. Not the horribly garish ones, but I like the vintage/retro vibe they give off. I already look pretty young for my age, so “infantilizing” clothing suits me better than more mature pieces that make me look like a little girl wearing mommy’s clothes.

Even the strength thing is contestable! Men have better upper body/arm strength, but women have very powerful hips and legs that’s often more useful (center of gravity being in your mid area rather than up near your shoulders.) These types of men are just whiny babies.

Anything men say women are bad at are actually things women are really great at that men don’t want to be seen as being inferior in. Playing chess, driving, running countries...

Too much arch. D:

I was at the Watertown store. It was chaos. Luckily everyone was pretty well-behaved, but there were at least 200 people in line for probably less than 50 pieces of clothing. I get it’s a limited time collection, but it doesn’t have to be -that- limited.

My cat loves when I make my bed. He always knows when I’m doing it and freaks out. He also loves to get tucked in the bed/under the sheets as I’m making it up.

Perfect for Nicki and her past Barbie aesthetic though. ;)
