The Cranberry Bliss Bars they had for the holidays were really good. And the Pumpkin Loaf Cakes weren't bad either.
The only thing I took away from this was, "Damn, I wish MSNBC had a holiday special."
That's definitely reasonable. I was pretty lucky; all of my friends' moms were either friends or classmates with my mom, so we never had to worry about that sort of thing. But I can see where it would be a legitimate concern in bigger towns/cities.
Overprotective parents are the worst. You're not helping your kids, you're hurting them! And what kills me is that, from stories my mom has told me, her generation had tons of freedom to do kid things. So why are these same people turning around and not letting their kids do the same?
I attended this program where Laurence O'Keefe had a master class, and when he had people sing us a song from Heathers, I screamed. I was so excited to see it was becoming a musical, and I'm so glad it's coming to NYC so I can see it! How very.
Ugh, how do people even like Bieber? Is it the same way people are Republicans? You just ignore the shit you don't like and shit that goes against what you think is okay?
That was literally one of the most hilarious (and accurate) things I've ever seen.
The Obama girls have better style than me. :(
The sides are the best part. Stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, potato rolls, corn, cranberry relish, pumpkin pie, apple pie, pecan pie, chocolate pie...
It's bad because when a black man wore a Trayvon shirt to an awards show, he was called a racial agitator and an angry black man.
Benedict Cumberpatch's huge popularity/sex appeal to people is completely baffling. I mean, he's not ugly, but he's not very attractive either.
Egg nog is the real liquid gold.
From what I remember from previous shows, there are different themes. So, the emojis and rainbows are the PINK line (aimed towards teens/college age). Then, from what I gleaned from this, they have a sports theme, a winter theme?, possibly a country theme, and then the million dollar bra.
Speaking as someone who was a teenager very recently, and having spent a lot of time around teenagers...they definitely will find a way to get alcohol. No matter what.
<3 Maddow. That is all.
Why? Plenty go 14 year olds already get drunk regularly; if someone wants alcohol, they're going to find a way to get some.
What makes me really uncomfortable is that phrases such as "cocktails on training wheels" are used in relation to marketing towards EIGHTEEN year old women. I'm 18, and I absolutely despise this infantilization that is constantly used to describe women and girls. I'm not a toddler; if I choose to drink Red Stripe,…
That's why I think the driving age should be raised, while the drinking age should be lowered.
