I’ve always thought the missing mouse functionality (hover/right-mouse context menu) was the reason tablets haven’t replaced laptops and that Windows devices were still better at working with/without touch screens. Maybe ipadOS will finally fix that.

Does the ipad show a mouse cursor if you connect one?   Are there mouse-hover popups on anything or right-mouse context menus like are needed for more complex desktop applications?

Do you have a mouse/trackpad with the keyboard or do you have to use the touchscreen for positioning and scrolling?

Don’t forget that Apple probably owes its existence today to the ploy of giving away the windows version of itunes so there would be an actual user base interested in ipod hardware.

Once you get to the right category, there may be separate additional lines for each step of the activity, like getting your vision test, getting your picture taken, getting each form processed.   Those sort-of make sense, but the first one could generally be skipped with an appropriate sign at the right counters.

Just get one of the wifi scanning apps (maybe android/windows only?) to show the channels/power levels of other active signals and change your own router to the least active channel.   Normally your router should do that by itself, and in the 5Ghz range there’s enough space to make conflicts less likely.
