Team Harry & Meghan for me, only because The Firm and the British tabs are in overdrive trying to cancel them. Suck it you purveyors of trash, you’re just jealous because they decided that “...the only way to win was not to play the game”

still team harry and megan, only bc charles and camilla seem like tremendously tiresome people

I’m not a huge fan of Luke Gilford’s photography by and large—his aesthetic always seems forced and not organic—but man he did not do Jeremy Allen White any favors in the GQ photoshoot. The clothes, the exposure, the insistence on the same vacant expression in every picture. It’s not working. Jeremy Allen White has

Women aren’t asked about height with as much weight, but they are asked about hair, hair color, Botox, fillers, weight, plastic surgery, bust size, age and all sorts of invasive things on a regular basis.

There is something so pathetic about someone who has to constantly tell you how much of a manly man he is...

I’m glad she found a good writer to work with her on this. I’ve long gotten the sense from her social media that she has a lot to say, but struggles to put it into words. That’s a common enough affliction even among those of us who had a normal amount of time and attention to devote to high school English classes.

I listened to a podcast about conservatorships and Britney’s in particular and holy shit does this woman deserve a break. She can do whatever she wants for the rest of her life. (The podcast is called “Toxic”)

Aw, baby’s first false equivalence

Yeah, I have no issue with a kid that wants to be a doctor like their parents or grandparent. I have an issue with

“Seems fairly level-headed and reality-based”

Society made Musk seem charming and beloved for a while too. With appearances on things like The Simpsons, Big Bang Theory (at a soup kitchen no less), and Iron Man 2. His public persona didn’t really seem toxic until he started getting really, really, really comfortable with social media.

I wouldn’t blame the media on this one. Sexual assault is so old that it predates the human species. The number of assault victims must be in the billions by now. This is just a part of human nature. If it couldn’t be addressed at any point in the last 250,000 years, then it wasn’t going to be solved during one month

She could do it without anything being written, but if I understood the article correctly, even improvisation is considered “writing”

It undermines the strike, as she has a writer’s room that doesn’t get paid well, while she makes big $$. More, she’s perpetuating filmed entertainment on a station owned by a big AMPTP member, thus alleviating a small amount of pressure on AMPTP members who should be the bad guys to the public for holding up all of

what?

So they definitely didn’t fire him for touching a woman intimately against her will as he confessed out loud and voluntarily in his interview? We’re sure about that?

Huh, the premise of your argument is that the casting department didn’t know Frank Langella was an octogenarian...

Ironically there’s a not insignificant amount of ageism from you in this comment.

That’s a LOT of speculation that you PULLED out of THIN AIR.

But hitting marks is something all actors have to do and part of the skill of being a film actor is making hitting marks look like something you’d do naturally. So his complaint is ludicrous on its face. Film acting is very choreographed in a lot of ways.
