Probably one of the better life choices I made as well. I converted to not dropping my phone a few years ago, and boy has it made it a difference. All those people with cracked screens just don’t seem to have the self control to not drop their phones though.
Yeah I decided years ago to just not drop my phone, because I cannot stand cases (they ruin the product they’re meant to protect!).
I’m not sure if it has changed since, but at one of their keynotes on it a while back they stated it was using a type of electromagnet to lock it into place.
For some reason I was thinking I had read later that it was changed for some reason, but I’m not 100% sure.
To me,
People are dumb.
You're probably right, but for $100 she'll tell you anything you want to hear.
This guy is to “scientist” as Gawker bloggers are to “journalist”.
Guess he hasn’t heard of safety glasses?
I’ve gotten lucky, but I’ve never had a bad experience at the DMV. It’s always been quick and painless.
The memories are still too strong.
Good god, no. It was rank.
Not so much. They kind of backtracked from that when they switched from 8 which was the most touch based it has been.
You are joking right?
If an app is free and has ads, I'll find a way to block the ads. If the app has a premium version and extra functionality, I'll definitely pay for the premium. I donate money (somewhere close to $500 now over the years) to coders who release stuff for free and support their product for free. So I'm not pirating…
Boggles the mind how people will pay $400+ for a phone but pirate $2 apps. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Is the price of your morality really that low?
Many Americans would not be able to survive if they should have to remember a four digit PIN to buy food. Politicians especially, know this.
