Social media has given every narcissistic moron with access to a computer or a phone a megaphone, and we’re all dumber and worse off for it.

Not Florida enough. Needs a twist, like the wave pool being full of Bacardi-drunk gators.

They should just give him a couple million. Fuck it. Let this guy build a waterpark that serves Bacardi or whatever his dream is.

I love Emma Stone on SNL, but let’s be honest —- her episode last week was bad. Adam Driver really committed to the sketches and did a great job with the material he had, but the cold open was atrocious and didn’t garner many laughs from the studio audience. Rumor is that Cecily Strong was going to make an appears as

Re SNL, I think Andy Samberg was doing absurdist humor before Gen-Z was even born. And do you not remember the sketches John Mulaney wrote for years?

I know December tends to be a slow news month, but c'mon.

Adam Driver is a wonderful host, but I am begging SNL to stop doing political cold opens. They haven’t been good since Tina Fey was doing Sarah Palin. They aren’t even good impressions anymore. They’re just dire, especially since this focused on a congressional showboating hearing most people didn’t follow.

Raised by Gen X and iPads there was no way Gen Z was going to come out of this unscathed and innocent lol

Driver solidified his “one of the best SNL hosts” title when he did the Undercover Boss skit back in 2016.  I still laugh at him giving Taran Killam a card apologizing for killing his son. “Yeah we know you’re Kylo Ren”.

I agree, but the bit I quoted specifically seems like they were pointing out that unlike some people, they’re not removing their existing shows from streaming services to save money.

I think AMC feels a lot of loyalty to Odenkirk, and recognizes that audiences also think they should have loyalty to him. And while Lucky Hank had a premise that didn’t seem like it would appeal to a wide audience, you could have said the same thing about Better Call Saul. I think the statement is meant to indicate

...but we are glad these eight episodes exist on AMC+”

Yes, it is. It isn’t even a *little* subtle.

Isn’t this like, textbook emotional abuse? The instant your partner seems to have a credible complaint about your behavior that someone might sympathise with, pivot immediately to suddenly crashing self-esteem and threats to kill yourself?

34 is far, far too old to be playing ‘well i guess i’ll just KILL MYSELF THEN’ in an argument. not that it’s ever excusable, but that’s the way you act when you’re 15.

Can someone ungrey me please? :< I’m getting about sick of being stuck in the greys while hateful dipshits and horrible-people apologists are freebasing their vitriol.

This is more or less what I would expect from someone who’s probably thinking “I’m surrounded by godless heathen libtards” every day he’s on a film set.

Tim Allen Dick (legal name), the famous convicted, admitted cocaine trafficker?

Doesn’t matter, he’s working with other people, fellow professionals who deserve a baseline of respect, and (former) star status doesn’t excuse him from basic decency, which it sounds like Allen has very little of

Tim Allen was always an hypocritical asshole who should have been in jail for trafficking.
