Yeah the new Accord is good.
I don’t get the new Accord hate. I think the old one was awful, especially that hideous chrome unibrow. The new one may be an Audi knock-off, but that’s a good thing.
Mine, obviously. :) 2004 Dodge Neon SRT-4. I bought it new in 2003, and I’m still daily driving it 21 years and 246K+ miles later. It was and is a cheap economy car, but with a terrific engine. With a few judicious upgrades, at just 2800lbs mine puts right at 300hp to the ground according to my trap speed. None of the…
The manual transmission is now objectively worse than modern automatics in every way. Manual transmission fuel economy is worse, and performance suffers when compared to automatics...and I just don’t care. I still prefer to drive a car with a manual. I’d even rather drive a manual in stop-and-go traffic. I prefer the…
There was a recent Prowler NP/ND poll and with prices in the mid-30s for pampered examples including the trailer, I was an easy Nice Price. (And it went down No Dice.)
Minivans. They’re objectively better at doing pretty much anything than, say, a Toyota Highlander, and if you *do* buy some 3-row crossover, exactly no-one thinks you’re a rugged individualist who drives to muddy trailheads to do outdoor sports. They think you’re a parent. And I think you just paid $10-$20k more to…
I bought my car with smoking turbos, because I couldn’t afford a *perfect* example back then. I knew I was going to tune it and replace the turbos anyway, along with the other weak components like the ‘Y-Pipe’ etc. But what I didn’t realize, despite having owned many European cars at that point, how expensive this was…
The entire Lx Mopar line.
Audi S4 (B5). Terrible in the sense that it was always going to be unreliable in any form, and a total pain to work on. But I’ll be darned if someone found a better looking sedan in the early 2000s, that had legit AWD, 6 speed manual gearbox, well-appointed interior, and an insane Twin Turbo V6. Sky was the limit with…
It will never be a future classic becasue they are too reliable to become rare. Every single one of these will still be running 25yrs from now unless they got totalled in a crash. Ask me how I know? I have a 2001 IS300 and a 2003 SC430. Both still run impeccably well with excellent original paint (both garaged).
actually my situation is really bad and I am required to.
I’d ask if you’re workin’ hard or hardly workin’, but it’s pretty obvious.
The “Gremlins Paradox” has haunted Gen-X for decades.
Exactly can I charge it after dark too
Its right there in the name: StainLESS steel. Not StainPROOF steel.
Orange stain? Sounds like the new “presidential model.”
I AM GROOT!
The repo companies are going to be sending steaks to the sheriff’s station. So many cars with 83 payments left.
Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
