One of my best friends was a dark-skinned Hispanic, and he was TORMENTED over it by the lighter-skinned Hispanics at school. It's a real thing, and I feel like it doesn't really get discussed enough.

Unpopular opinion, but I think the media needs to start showing the gruesome aftermath of shootings. Talking about it keeps it abstract enough to ignore, but graphic images during dinner? That might finally get some attention.

Is he still on Cactaur? My husband and I were playing last night on Behemoth and like half the towns in Gridania were PACKED with people. We just started 3 weeks ago, and I’ve never seen that many people outside of the plazas in the main cities.

We’re having to move about 60 miles east of where we live now to afford a decent house in So. Cal. Right now we’re 30 minutes out from LA, but even a modest house in our current town (and really, anywhere west of San Bernardino) is 500k+. I have no idea how people do it. Even our little condo got a 380k offer on it…

That’s because wiping fake tears away after big, dumb,, exciting tragedies happen (like, say, a building falling down) is the easiest way to gain cheap politico points, and these parasites know that. The bigger and louder and more tragic and the more the politician will lean into it (See G.W. “TERROR” Bush).

Worse are the seasonal recipes locked to balloon farming. 

I don’t mind the locked camera angle outside per say, but I can’t STAND that they don’t turn buildings/trees you go behind transparent so you can see what you’re doing. 

I’m probably the best case for Nintendo: I go gaga for decorating games. I probably logged about 1500 or 1600 hours on New Horizons decorating my island, but even I got tired after a while. For me it’s all the stupid little limitations: Not being able to have trees closer to rivers, limiting my bridges and inclines…

This is why I LOVE Nintendo’s approach. It’s short and sweet, mostly trailers. Then if you want more info on a specific game, you can tune into the treehouse.
