For a long long time, they haven’t given anything that I can redeem from home, without spending any money (like ebook at bookshout, or movie rental at vudu). I either have to go out (free taco, umbrella etc.) or have to spend some money (50% off at so n so.)

There’s a link to a “live chat” option that just takes you to the site’s home page. So far it looks like a scam or very poor site setup.

Thanks for the “What’s not ready yet?” block. Every other tech blog I read made no distinction between what’s live and what’s not and created so much confusion among readers.

I’ve known this via a reddit thread quite some time ago. Ever since then, every time I have a support chat with any service, I type something in the box without pressing send for a minute or two to see whether the rep mistakenly responds to it.
