Your not going to give @streetspeed717 the credit he deserves for putting his car up there? Maybe a link to his YouTube channel? That’s literally how he makes his money and sharing the car is what he does.
Don’t museums do it all the time? The Henry Ford Museum in Michigan has an Oscar Mayer Weinermobiles.......They charge admission.
Lucky. I’ve been looking for a turbo Baja for my wife (who demands a truck but should definitely have a car) for the longest time, but they just don’t crop up around these parts.
This beauty.
Apparently the SVT model is a very fun car. I might have to check one out later on.
Make sure to research which states use planes along with their highway patrol, Florida is one of them. Even if you do get away with the Raptor, the problem is that it’ll be easily spotted again.
With a dirtbike stowed in the back just in case
Wow great points. I didn’t even think of the problem with trading in a perfectly working paid off car only to incur debt.
agree 100%. The environmental cost of building a new car from raw material FAR exceeds the CO2 pollution reduction in the new cars. in cash for clunkers, 700,000 cars were crushed, never recycled most of which were still in perfect condition thus ruining the used car market in parts of the US.
One make racing series.
So, I don’t know where to start but I’ll go with a rough chronological order. All names have been redacted etc . . .
Ha. I must have missed the submission thread for this because I have some goodies back from when I did Valet in College.
Yep, my mom was a rural carrier. She had one of these that she got rid of with 270k on the clock. She did almost 100 miles a day. Since they no longer made them, they were (probably still are) in high demand. She got probably triple what a LHD one would go for. Before that she used a RHD Subaru Legacy.
I’m actually impressed with Alex’s ability to stay calm in all of this. Two rules I learned when I grew up in a now open-carry state: “You can’t reason with the unreasonable” and “Assume they have a gun.” This is exactly how you act in this situation when confronted. Keep calm and keep your friends calm.
I wouldn’t buy cars that are much beyond what i can already afford now (sub $100k) because if I won a jackpot that big, my priorites would be to make myself as anonymous as possible and go into hiding from the public.
It would make sense if you bought one to tow a trailer with your HDs on it. But then again, this is a better use of a supercharged F-150.
I think they have already invented robots that drive cars but the real problem is getting the AI to deliberately misunderstand you. On top of that the AI needs to have the intelligence to know that you are from out of town and take you on a very non-direct route - not an easy nut to crack. The last bit is getting the…
Haha. I am still recommending used ones to people. They’re still good cars, and now they’re even better values.
This is how you fix F1...jumps!
