They’re building the second Tennessee location near me in Murfreesboro TN, it’s quite the production and seems like it’s going to take forever.  They threw up a Costco in way less time.

The first franchise, yes. But go ahead and ignore Sander’s first actual restaurant in Corbin Kentucky where he came up with the entire concept and recipes.
