It makes no sense that the cops wouldn’t tack on a drunk in public charge or something else alcohol related if she was plastered. If you’re going to do a bullshit child abuse charge, why nothing about her being drunk?

Does the Coast Guard get to decide what it’s role and responsibilities are or do the politicians?

Do I make the “Trump wants to date his daughter” joke or nah?

I’d think the majority of users made it to level 20 and beat the Black Garden mission.

I dunno, people who are supposedly in the know say it wasn’t worth it. Anytime Trump opens his mouth, it’s a good bet it’s a lie.

Stay safe, man.

Sometimes it’s best to not call someone on what you THINK is a bluff. Cuz you now look like a tool.

My friend had this happen to hers. I think the dealer replaced it under warranty.

And yet, when I hire into my union location, I’m only supposed to hire at Union starting rates. About 50¢ above California minimum wage. Some unions are just in the business of making money.

History is rife with businesses, countries, people, etc who are owned because they’re too focused on the superficial.

That’s an interesting way of looking at it. Does it make sense for Europe to spend tons of money on their military when threats to their sovereignty isn’t in the form of an actual standing army? From their perspective, probably not.

Ugh it’s so hard to tell who’s been serious with this these days. That’s depressing.

Note to self, hire a private army and invade the Netherlands.

Huh? And fire season is about year round these days and there’s no such thing as an earthquake season.

What does that have to do with the fact that Californians decided decades ago to half-ass terraform an arid climate with thirsty plants?

Water them with what? The issue is most of the plants you see aren’t native and therefore not drought resistant. They require far more water than this area is capable of naturally supplying.

Not to mention a lot of ground with little to no vegetation. I’m surprised there wasn’t a bunch of landslides.

Between the arid ground not being able to absorb the water quickly enough and the shitty storm water drainage throughout southern California, it doesn’t take much for water to become a major issue.

There was some lady who managed to flip her car on the 101 (northbound I think) in Camarillo. She was stuck in the car for about 20 minutes. Also some pictures of someone who managed to flip their car on an exit ramp in Camarillo.

Rude. My aunt works out of there.
