Who was gloating?! Everyone left-wing voter I know was terrified.

+1. Last year I even got around to reading the one about Meg's daughter that they market as a 5th book in the set now and it was decent.

Trump will literally have fired nukes and in the remaining 20 minutes of civilization, people will come online to say that Hillary probably would have done it too, what's the big deal.

Yeah, the Clinton campaign would not have taken this meeting, because jail is scary; they would have called the FBI.

It was definitely hard to remember what all had happened after that 4 or so year gap. I wouldn't mind if a TV adaptation happened someday.

"Just" Kushner and Manafort, but yeah, that's where the focus goes next. Don Sr. was onstage two weeks later asking Russia to get Hillary's emails ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yup. With friends like these…

You'd think this would quiet down the "Russia's a distraction!" people, but they're probably never going to admit it matters.

Just a reminder that the Steele dossier said Putin's team was giving anti-HRC info to the Trump team and that the pee tape is DEFINITELY real.

I mean don't expect impeachment, but it means indictments are more likely. A cloud of illegitimacy makes it harder for this administration to get anything done and probably moves the needle a bit for Dems in 2018.

Hannity's also running with "Russian lawyer came in on visa under Obama administration… why?!" (I want to die.)

Depressing but true. It's news as sports coverage, so when the AHCA passed, we got lovely headlines about "Republicans getting a win" and not the actual devastating policy voted on.

One of the guys involved in the meeting checked into Trump Tower on facebook on 6/9/16. You can't make this stuff up.

It's so bad. He also just hired a lawyer this afternoon. Can you imagine firing off all of these conflicting statements without even having counsel?

Such a joyful moment! Didn't expect this show to make me cry (twice), but what an episode.

Hmm — I'm reading the above as saying the allegation is that Spotify produces its own music to avoid paying royalties to actual artists (which they deny). Not sure what your interpretation is.

In a sane world, yes. Wait for Trump to try to fire Mueller though. Congressional republicans will do nothing. It's going to get worse.

I love you.

Yeah, of course the Dems need to do better, but it would be idiotic to ignore foreign meddling. Putin will probably be around in 2020… it would be a mistake to assume he (or other actors) won't double down on destabilizing elections.
