The final nail in the coffin on what not so long ago was an excellent website… Honestly depressing

Never had any of these issues, in fact Disqus is the one commenting system that keeps me logged in all the time, I think I got disconnected twice since I created the account…
Maybe your browser/computer has some issues?
Never had these issues myself, maybe a problem with your browser/computer?
Oh yeah, that is a little annoying… but it's still a minor inconvenience
Too much alcohol in the blood of your victims… the little stones in your pee are not normal!
Since we're on the subject, what issues do people have with Disqus?
I really like it, from all the commenting systems I've used online it's the best by a wide margin. The only negative I found is that there's no way to search for your old comments.
Yep, without the community I would only tune in here for the few good reviews that they actually still do. It's pretty depressing how this site got so shitty so fast
The will to do Quality work on Pop Culture vs the mandate to do profitable work barely related to Pop Culture
How come that this site that used to represent Pop Culture excellence went downhill incredibly fast just for the cheap bucks?
The move to Kinja will finally align The AVClub with Buzzfeed, IGN and all that other shit, where it now sadly belongs
Or Nacho knew that Hector was going to be there because it's one of his spots so he waited for him, even if he didn't see the text about the meeting. Either way, it makes sense
"Nooooooooo…? South Park did something tasteless? How did that happen?" In all seriousness, that was a pretty awesome episode, I don't care that much for Indiana Jones and never saw Crystal Skull but I still laughed my ass of
That first Avengers/Warlock and friends vs Thanos arc is just the best
Might get some backlash though, so probably too much of a risk
These studios are quite pathetic being ever so reactive to the audiences/fans and the general public's feelings, have some dignity and confidence in what you are doing ffs.
"Why is Iron Man taking over the Spider Man picture?"
"Don't worry kids and fanboys, he won't be in the next one, see, WE ARE DOING THINGS RIGHT…
Damn, even having binged the show quite recently it's hard to distinguish who's who in these identical close-ups of bearded white guys
Fair point, Butterfly effect wasn't the best choice of words, but what I meant was that in the end when Chuck actually was at a low-point and had to deal with his sickness HHM and his job were the only parts that kept him sane, and Jimmy indirectly made sure he lost that too
If you think about it, Chuck's end mostly comes from a Butterfly Effect created by Jimmy when, out of spite, he made sure to get him into trouble with the insurance company
Such amazing acting, such beautiful and original cinematography, what a show!
I know that a few of them are good/fun, but I just don't get why there is such a big adult fan-base for this. The concept itself is completely and utterly geared at children
Counterpoint: Transformers is a series that's begging to be buried and forgotten, beyond maybe some kiddie fair on TV
