Another great and fun episode, this show is just so damn enjoyable!
I don't even care about the dumb aspects, things like the whole battalion of rifled guys not shooting but fighting hand to hand make me laugh even more on this show.
However, letting Rip go did annoy me, it was just too stupid.. Just kneecap the son of

Mick's voiceover was genius, that alone makes it at least a B+ for me :D

In some respect you're right, but 8 episodes is still almost 8 hours of content, they can easily set up their team up and their antagonsit in the 1st 2 hours and then finnish the main conflict/antagonist in the following 6

I know and I'm glad, by the time Defenders comes we will know almost all characters of that show so there is no need for long introductions, they can just focus on telling a tight story

Well, there also was Ronan in GotG, but he was so forgettable that apparently you forgot him ;)
But yeah, I'm really hyped for seeing more Space vilains and heroes in Marvel, Thanos has me all giddy in anticipation and I hope we will see Warlock and Mar-vell too at some point

Marvel goes to…. SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE!
It's about time they focus more on that in the MCU too, Midgard is boring, the cosmic Marvel often has their most original, interesting and just plain batshit crazy stories

I would love for the show to include the part of his training where he has to press his chest against a dragon to gain the Iron Fist power and logo, lol

Honestly, Misty was very dumb too, and even Luke Cage made several dumb decisions.. The characters decision-making was quite bad during the whole series

I think it could have worked, but it was strange that they included Diamondback immediatly afterwards.. I would have thought that Maria and Shade would have taken centerstage after Cottonomouths demise, which surely would have worked better, they are both more interesting characters

It's about damn time that Netflix buckles up to tell a more developped and cohesive story over 13 episodes, or else they should just drop a few episodes and make 8-10 episode long seasons. By now everybody realized that their one consistent issue across all their Marvel shows is the quality drop in the 2nd half of

I only vaguely remember seeing some episodes when I was a kid/teenager, but this looks pretty awesome, and I have only heard good things about the series so I think I will have to binge watch it one of these days

Eeeeehhhhhh… I don't know, if you had to force me to watch either Superman Returns or MoS I'm not so sure which one I'd pick, I think it would even be MoS because the action and the visuals are truly impressive, even if overblown and somewhat infuriating in the context of the story. Then again, I never was a Superman

Exactly, and in most countries an R rating in the US doesn't mean that teenagers can't get in anyways

Great news Internet!
Maybe the studio can reinvest that money into something better

So he basically doesn't do or feel much untill the plot forces him to.. Also, why was he so damn sour about being Superman at the beginning of BvS? Didn't he accept his role in MoS before?

That's pretty much what bothered me, their blatant intent to go back to the OT era because nostalgia sells like crazy without even really trying to explain how they got there…
"Look, we are like the good OT and not like the bad prequels, see, it's Empire vs Rebels again!! It doesn't make much sense and is a completely

He is arguably limited, but he is a good writer and storyteller, and he certainly is great at doing what he does.. I love his style of humour

uhuuuuh… So what is Superman thought process during the 2 movies?

It looks like the whole DCEU was a panick reaction to get into the Superhero game before the bubble bursts, serisouly, there is no overal direction or tone in this universe.. They just seem to make things up as they go, with the studio telling the filmmakers to forcefully include universe building or stuff they think

True, although it wasn't the formulaic part of TFA that bothered me, it was that they literally reset the universe to the exact same that it was before through some contrived and barely hinted at explanation..
It's like if they do a LoTR sequel with the premise that the One Ring has been reforged and that Sauron's son
