Is this any good? If not, anybody got any good Suicide Squad comics to recommend? Preferably a complete stand-alone story or arc, I don't really feel like reading/getting an entire run. I don't know their comics at all, but would be interested to check some out

Did this season completely ignore the cliffhanger that ended the previous season? Yes, yes it did, or maybe I am going crazy, but we never saw Brand's magic shenanigans again right?

I finally caught up with this show, and I really like it, it has amazing production values, good to great acting and an interesting world. I am a sucker for fantasy anyways so of course I enjoy it, really should have gotten around to watching it before, but at least now I could binge-watch like crazy.
That being said,

The Giant shooting his huuuge Arrows after the regular human failed was so awesome, he was like "I'll show you how you do it".
Anything involving the Giants and the Mammoth was great, the only issue I have with this epic battle is that we never saw that many men at the northside of the wall, like, why did the giant go

I really like how the actor and the show are portraying Ivar physically, there is a nice contrast between his more sympathethic moments when he struggles with the most simple things and his more chilling moments where he shows his skills. I totally buy into Ivar as an imposing presence, it was pretty awesome how he

Lagertha's decision to overthrow Aslaug now does seem to come out of nowhere, but as the review said Lagertha just sells it well.
I also really appreciate that their confrontation happens with Ragnar out of the picture, so it didn't turn into some trivial love triangle confrontation or something like that.
I do would

It's awesome that Arya got Needle back, now she just needs to find her wolf and her assassin friend to form the most awesome merry band of killers

Oh, God! What's in the box?

Holy shit, I finally caught up with this and that ending, man..
So now Arrya has to find her wolf, join her assassin friend and his league of assassins to get further training and be the baddest there is to kill everybody right?

At this point Theon's torture is just gratuitous, boring and completely irrelevant to the plot, don't know who the little shit torturing him is but he doesn't seem interesting or relevant

Now that ending is how you make your viewers pumped for what is to come!
It's great to see the lost Targaryen heir with an army again, I never understood why the series got rid of Drogo and his people so quickly, I find it more interesting to see Daenerys as a slowly groing threat for the throne, so basically already

Seeing Drogo again just made me remember how much I miss him, he was kind of wasted in season 1 in my opinion, I would have prefered to still see Khalesi with him and his hordes in season 2 instead of the less interesting Quarth deal. Also Drogo's death was done poorly and didn't seem to fit the story that well, I

Yeah, lol, but since I stayed away from marketing info and all that before the movie I didn't even expect the guy so when he appeared I didn't understand why, so to me it was just the necessary head explosion of a Suicide Squad movie, I wasn't disappointed or anything

Sure, I know Lucas just gave them all the money they wanted and that Disney obviously won't do that, but I still feel like they could have invested more for better animation, like I said, it's Disney and they have the means, and it's SW which is a brand name that they will want to make money of for the next 100 years

Exactly, I figured that was pretty obvious since the Darksaber is also the weapon that killed her and broke Obi Wan

I think you're exagerating a little but it is true that the animation isn't that good, which is especially jarring coming from TCW series which had amazing animation. Honestly I don't know why Disney is being so cheap about it, it's the fucking SW brand and they are swimming in money anyways, it's only in their best

wow, that's great if it's true, I would love to see Ragnar get some of his mojo back before he leaves the show, and mentor his sons on the conquering ways of the vikings

I kind of got the vibe that she was Prometheus, which would be a nice twist imo and could make perfect sense

I think the only way I would be ok with Katie Cassidy being back on the show as a regular would be if she is Ruby from Supernatural, lol, that would be awesome!
