Conversely, sleepers are far cooler than cars that shout about everything they have done.

This is how you get a stick minivan. Bonus, it was mated to a Turbo engine capable of 300+hp in a van weighing just over 3k.

This guy’s been trying to sell it for a while. I think on Oppo, some people pointed out that there are some major flaws with the build that necessitate more work. Namely the stock fuel system and ECU. Like, why do all this work and then leave out two highly essential parts?

“...Which would be the underside completely rusting out”

The airbag thing sounds like fun.

Very few people put an intercooler on an L67 without also dropping a pulley size on the supercharger. I cant say how much power it makes, but with the intercooler you could buy a modular puller and crank up the boost a fair bit. That said, with a engine swap on vans that were a deathtrap and fell apart sitting still

You left out, really shitty in an accident.

Plus you then have a Honda and not a 20 yr old Chevy.

at first I was like sure why not, a supercharged minivan for $3,500, but then I saw the lack of mileage mentioned and remembered that the Honda Odyssey’s V-6 gets same HP/Torque w/o the need for forced induction and found plenty of early 2000's Odysseys for same kind of money and decided CP

Bought one back when we had kiddos. Had a 2003, 1 year old, bought from a guy that kept the plastic on the back seats, I’m taking cherry, less than 10k miles when we bought it. Anyways. Within 2 years (2006 at the time) the damn thing was rusting in the driveway in all kinds of spots. The radio worked when it

“The Engine swap was done 3,500 miles ago but I’m selling this car now for completely unrelated reasons.”

Maybe that’s what the hole in the front is for?

Jalopdik?

The Jalop boner

That cracked me up. I needed a good laugh, cheers :-)

No, it just makes you a Jalop.

I really like that estate version in the first picture.
