I’ve never had an issue operating any one of them, and I’ve used much worse (especially in Peugots and some other European cars I rent overseas) but Ford took a PR beating due to one of those versions. Personally, I like the one in my 2015 Expedition, but I’m pretty easy to please.

Ford got that ding for a while too. Back when the awful Sync V1 came out in the early-mid 2000s, their reliability rating tanked due to all those issues.
