Test drove one when new; CP then, CP now.

My Santa Fe has brake dust wheels AND a road grime wrap. The kids think it’s sicc AF!

Also heard; “I miss carburetors. You can’t work on these new cars; they’re basically computers and I’m not a nerd!!”

TR8? More like TRY-Again!! Amirite?

Truck Balls>Truck Nutz

This is why I come here. Take all the stars!

I have a ‘66 Charger with a mildly-warmed over 67 440 and it’s slower than my ‘11 Genesis 4.6. It sounds cool though!

Yeah, the LT1 was kind of a morphodite set-up and I hated working on them, especially in F-bodies. Maybe the bottom end is durable but that distribu-tater set up is whack.

I’m there with you, 4-5K is NP IMO. And I don’t vote based on “Well you could offer...... and get it for. . .” it’s based on the price listed.

Hot air intake, Magnaflows and kicker box= Teenager owned and abused. CP, but just barely.

“Only as fast as a new V6 Camry” Mandatory comment.

Maybe he’s a star on HGTV?

I just did a month in Quebec and I couldn’t believe how rusty cars were up there. I’m from Chicago, where rust and salt are pretty common, but I’ve never seen anything like QC. I saw an early 2000s Jetta with no rockers, a late-90s S-10 with rot up to the top of the bed rails and every Dodge truck older than 2012 with

They guy who owns that thing likely never leaves the house during the day, so you’ll never see him.

Star for sweet roll-pan.

Hmmm. How did I miss this? I was the proud and happy owner of a 1999 Dakota R/T, red, standard cab. That was such a fun and reliable truck. Had headers, Gibson exhaust and cold-air intake blah, blah, blah. Not a Z28 killer by any means, but still a hoot to drive!

I don’t have a pic of my lifted ‘78 F250, but for a completely rotted out pile of garbage, it still possessed rugged good looks. Humble brag: it had sweet 5-slots, with a 4bbl and headers atop the anemic 400M. Yes, I once harnessed the red-neck trifecta!

I loved those though. A buddy of mine had an Omni GLH with work done (giant turbo) to it and dusted off a lot of muscle-cars (it was a mid-13 car) and it was actually pretty reliable to boot. That was back in the late-80s and when he did a massive FWD burnout in the bleach and you heard that massive turbo whistling,

I wouldn’t be caught dead. . . of winter. . .in this ugly thing. CP.

Plus it’s not as ugly as the other pick-up offerings. Although it does look like it was penned by a 3rd grader.
