Yeah, Davinci has been around a while, and they are not autonomous robots. The guy sitting in the corner there looking into the module is actually doing the surgery by remotely controlling the robotic arms - so nothing could possiblye go wrong... possiblee go wrong; that's the first thing that's ever gone wrong.
