Exact same thing happened to me, actually. I got really into Crichton novels in elementary school as a result.

I used to be the guy who would fight about Brontosaurus/Apatosaurus and I loved it. But they revived bronto and there's nothing I can do about it.

I think this is mostly right. Rhaegar hints to Jaime that he plans to convene a council to make some changes, then goes off and dies in battle. Not sure if this was based on machinations at the tourney, though.

Tyrion and Dany might not meet - if we're talking about the same set photo, I read speculation that it was during a break in filming and the two actors were just chilling on the stage. They may be in close proximity without actually meeting (like in DwD)

I was usually here for Georgetown basketball gamewatches and we would get big groups to play it at halftime. Always had a lot of fun. But yeah, would definitely be tough to do once the crowds get there
