Did it make the most money though? The difference between the PS3 and 360 in terms of sales is quite close, but they are easily beaten by the Wii, at 100 vs 79 million sales. Add to that the fact that the 360 and PS3 are sold at a loss in contrast to the Wii and it really adds up.

My pet peeve about recent CoDs has always been the inconsistency of the writing. The characters are great, the villains memorable, but the details are just often so unnecessarily dumb. Like the Russians invading the US en masse a day after a terrorists orchestrated the massacre that led to the invasion. Or the

Makes sense. A whole new audience, while the other consoles have to make do with the same audience, dividing it up.

With a new franchise, sure. With a huge franchise like GTA, they can do that beforehand. GTA V is set to be one of the biggest releases of all time. With the current state of PC gaming be even better than IV, you can bet they know for sure that the PC conversion will be worth it.

Sorry forgot the source for the quotes:

Sure, if GTA V for some reason only sells a million copies than a PC version is off the table, but that's not likely too happen. At the very least they're in the planning phase for the PC port.

If they were losing money on it, they wouldn't release it. PC GTAs might not sell as well as the console versions, but they obviously turn profits or Rockstar (or other sandbox developers like Saint's Row Volition) wouldn't release these games on PC. The profits in the Steam era are definitely going to be more than

Well I've learned it from Kerbal Space Program and it's bit foggy at the moment, but it's Negative Radial and it either means the periapsis will go down and the apoapsis will go up or the other way around.

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault

Don't worry, I don't expect it to be more. Good writing and characters is what makes a show worth watching. World building VFX just adds to that.

From what I've seen so far this movie seems intent on destroying every single thing that is in space or can go into space. ISS, Space Shuttles, Soyuz, satellites, etc.

That's not how it works. An object slows down most when pointed in the opposite direction of the orbit. Towards Earth or away from Earth would not be that direction. Besides she'd need to lose hundreds of m/s of velocity before she'd start to deorbit. Disconnecting won't provide that.

I've got to start watching this. The world shown in this reel intrigues me.

I just love the contrast between developer gameplay videos and gamer gameplay videos. Half the time in this video the player is walking casually for example. In the real world half the players will be jogging or even sprinting whenever possible, under the motto: "Ain't no-one got time for this!"

I know what you mean. YT comments are generally stupid, but they're made into thin air without much back and forth. News sites combine stupid comments with 'discussions', which results in the most hellish name-calling this side of... well hell.

Let's hope your service improves then :D

That actually depends on the bank. I'm with Rabobank (Dutch bank) and if I move lets say money from my savings to my spending account its at most a minute or so until it transfers. From me to another person might take a bit longer, but never a day.

I loved The Heat.

Thank you. I knew he looked familiar.

CBS could you please take the leading role in Star Trek media again? Because Paramount is doing a shitty job on its end.
