Oh, Discovery you could at least release the 16 mil pics. A 4000x4000 image I can make a wallpaper out of. Out of 800x800 I can not.

This episode was so boring. Which episodes that don't feature Fry and Leela's relationship, Zapp Brannigan or some interesting sci-fi concept usually are.

Getting weird garbled audio on this one.

Now playing

I was indeed thinking the same thing, ie. a Pacific Northwest kind of setting. Alan Wake showed that such an environment can be breathtaking and diverse. Just found a video of CryEngine 3 with such an environment. Not sure if it's an official Crytek video to show off the engine or a mod, but either way it looks great.

Crysis is not for me anymore, the series has gotten too linear for me. FarCry 3 looks much more interesting, with you choosing which missions to do, etc. Also, you can dress up New York all you want, but it's still a city we've seen a thousand times in games.

At first I thought it was about a world without warehouses. I would imagine that would be a very messy world.

I think it's kind of obvious how it's gonna play out. The protag is on a cruise ship in orbit of ?. Something happens and you have to puzzle and fight your way to prevent the ship from crashing into the planet, which would have the same effect as a big ass asteroid. You die, they die, unless you do something. Voila.

When more/custom models become widely available. Haven't seen much outside of the TF2 stuff.

Great scene, great animation. People will be able to the most amazing things with this, when it gets up to full speed.

The night light industry would go bankrupt if we Venus in our skies.

So Gabe's advise is for Microsoft to wait out the ten years of touch? Not every company works on Valve Time. Of course they're going to want to get in on it. Like 8 is supposed to be around for another ten years. Will have two more OSes between now and then.

What did you add to the game that you are most proud of?

The image kind of made me think DayZ were being the a-holes. Glad that's not the case.

It releases in Germany and is a game, so no swastika's. For some reason it's also in the version not for the German market. It's weird. MODDB.com had an interview today witch touched on that.

If anything it would be a prison asteroid.

Why seach for someone who's been abducted by aliens and taken to the Delta Quadrant.

Yes, the point eluded me too. Still it gives us the opportunity to talk about holodecks and how they would work. Which is they won't. Too many variables. You need a complex moving floor so you can walk anywhere, since in this video the players would in reality be slamming into walls unless there's some clumsy way to

Are you a proponent of a human mission to Mars and why?

Those were awesome.

Does PS3 ask this much? I know for certain that Steam asks absolutely nothing and you can patch as much as you like. Maybe the 2004 Xbox 360's framework is not designed for constant patching like an automated content delivery system such as Steam or a highly web-integrated device such as an iPhone. The 360's
