I believe this. But at the same time I would assume most people to have had some type of situation where they had to push a car there by putting the car in neutral for it to move. Some people are just willingly dumb I guess.
Yes, the brakes are stronger than the engine, and yes, the transmission can be shifted into neutral while driving.
