Call your credit card company and ask for them for a chargeback, and they will refund your money. They will take the money out of the seller's account.

When my laptop gets hot, I grab two books, space them apart on a table and set the laptop on them so that air circulates underneath.
The most "normal" daily meal pattern throughout human history is to eat one main meal at night. It takes a lot of time to gather wood, grind grain, chop and cook vegetables, etc. If a person is hunting or doing farm work, the only time to eat is after sunset. Also, the cooking fire provides heat and light in the home.

Blocking the light out of my windows made all the difference for me - I didn't even realize the morning light was waking me up.

I used to work for a non-profit that brought donated laptops to Africa. But the 10 pound clunkers people donated were worse than worthless, because they have so little memory. The most basic software that you can buy today won't run on them.

There's just one problem - if you need to remove them quickly (like in the event of a fire), the hangers should all face the same way.
I have two friends in different situations that had felt like their dreams were calling them to quit their jobs.
The mesh bag trick is especially good for families with several kids, where sorting each kid's socks is a pain.
One thing to consider is that anywhere that has bad winter weather this can be a terrible idea.
@Balfour: Yes, my memory foam mattress is way too warm. The foam absorbs heat during the night and is way too warm in the morning.
