I put seedless Raspberry Jam on my homemade macaroni and cheese and have all my life cause that’s how my Grampa grew up eating it. When you think to those years that he grew up eating this and now today all types of jams, jellies and preserves are surved with soft cheeses & spreads like Gorgonzola blue or Roquerfort

Adding the Sweet with Savory is not a novel concept, sounds like you're a picky unadventurous eater.  Perhap you eat for the sake of eating?

Sounds like it would be awesome and perhaps not so sticky and easier to eat if you break the finished S’mores (assembled per your instructions) into medium size pieces with a scoop of the ice cream of your choice.  Can't get better than that!
