Yes, Jane Foster was indeed part of the Thor mythology from the very beginning - who could forget reading about her in the Poetic and Prose Eddas?
But what about the REAL hero of Winter Soldier and Age of Ultron?! This SHIELD computer guy! Whose name apparently is Cameron Klein
I don’t know which movies you are watching but it’s pretty clear that the current MCU movies are what Marvel considers “Girl Superhero movies”. On many occasions (most of them involving Thor) they clearly cater to the “female gaze”. This is backed up by their obove average female audience breakdown of the box office…
You know, this probably shouldn’t need to be stated, but please don’t post links to illegally recorded versions of the movie here.
You realize that most people under 35 won’t get that joke, right? Its damn funny though.
You read it here first: Simmons is going to shoot Ward in the back as soon as he’s not looking. If Fitz doesn’t do it first, that is.
How to make a Doctor Who movie without damaging the show?
And it’s all been leading up to the big reveal that Peter Quill’s dad is Han Solo.
I think I’m obligated by dark and secret oaths to post a link to this song any time Wuthering Heights is mentioned. Thanks for letting me discharge my duty.
Yeah, I had to cut a lot of characters because the husband didn’t go on to marry again. If I could include any wife, this list would be 1/3 Wuthering Heights characters.
I wonder if he was any good in bed. He seems to have prized quantity over quality, on the whole, but I’m sure there are testaments one way or the other; I just haven’t read them. And his own diaries were burned, damn it.
Scaring Ada Lovelace into maths. Inviting Mary Shelly to the Lake where she imagined my namesake... Byron's achievements in unintentionally inspiring women seems even greater than his own achievements... ;)
Enver Gjokaj needs to be playing Moon Knight anyway.
See, other than Peggy Carter herself, I remain ambivalent on Agent Carter. I wish they would just turn it into a female James Bond show with Howard Stark as her Q and Jarvis as her Money Penny.
Agents of SWORD. Gonzalez and his crew, maybe with Mack and Mockingbird going off and focusing on containing and helping people with powers, while Coulson and his gang (with Hunter and hopefully Deathlok full-time) continuing their mission against HYDRA.
So, Mythos sounds like a darker/grittier (ugh, I hate those descriptors, but they are apt here) Librarians
There's no justice in the world if they don't bring these guys back. And yes, I know they fell victim to a major spoiler if you haven't watched the entire series but we never actually saw them in their fully deceased state, did we? And what better way to escape the prying eyes of Big Brother than to fake one's own…
Also, go, go and read ALL OF THIS
Agreed a 100%. Unlike many people I had liked this show since the beginning, but back then it was just something I watched to get a smile or two, but now it has become must watch TV for me. It feels almost surprising that almost none of the cast and crew have changed, but the show has turned on it's head. I just hope…
