AAAAHH! I’m so jealous. I’ve owned the game for months but I’ve never played it. It looks really cool.

I gotta go with SNES for the reasons mentioned above. I’ve beaten Chrono Trigger alone probably 12 times.
I’ve played a character like this before too. His name was Ublala and went to Wizarding School on a football scholarship. Detect Magic was poking something with a stick. Summon Goblin was picking up the goblin he just killed and throwing it at someone. His ultimate was “I cast Fist!”
I’m sorry that things are really shitty and I hope that they get less shitty soon.
I think “erratic” is a much better label for the behaviour in the game.
Underrated.
Jason Schreier, News Editor for Kotaku, confirmed earlier today that game studio Hangar 13 is merging with the Czech Republic.
I’m not done yet cause I’m reading this in pieces at work, but this is really good.
I love how the story, music, and mechanics all combine in this game. Even how the androids are dressed.
I’ll probably still stick with my DS version. That is my go-to travel game. Sometimes I want to take a trip somewhere just so I can play more Chrono Trigger.
Maybe they meant PS 4.5. We could probably get a few more incremental upgrades between now and the PS 5.0.
You really should. I think I spent 60 hours on it, but that’s including some grinding for materials. Also note that you’re not actually done until you get ending “E”.
The story is pretty good on the first play through, but you should mostly absorb the mood and focus on looking as cool as fuck during combat. The further you go, the more “oh shit” moments you have.
I haven’t beaten it yet either and gave up on it. This is advice I could have used.
Finally doing the taxes? Shit, son! I got my return 4 weeks ago.
I knew, I KNEW that someone here was going to say that they liked them! Have you no decency? Have you no shame? Is your wish for all the great works of man to be brought to ruin?
I know! RIGHT!?!?
I don’t mind complexity. Like I said, I played Pathfinder for years. There’s so much good stuff in there, but there’s some clean up that can be done. Removing unnecessary stuff was even part of the original Pathfinder mandate. Anybody else remember the skill Use Rope?
That’s not really a great reason. You can reuse conditions for different things. There’s no reason a spell couldn’t say “it makes you sick and you gain the shaken condition. If used again you instead gain the nauseated condition”.
