Having cross shopped it wasn’t. z71 Colorado 8 speed auto extended cab with v6 for 32.5k here. I really really wanted to get a manual tacoma, but less hp, worse mpg, less features. Oh, and toyota won’t let you configure squat if you opt to have it built. Toyota retains its value, but the truck itself is a dinosaur

My ‘17 Z71 closeout was 28.5k think sticker was 32.5. Was a pos, but oh well. My 18 z71 v6 8speed was 32.5k, sticker would have been 38.5.

Disagree, this thing is cool af. Is it as cool as the original? No, is it awesome and quirky? Hell yes.

Except it is not high-end. For its time the engine made good hp, but we have been spoiled since. 320hp is not much anymore. It does not have an exotic sound to it either. It is not a recognizable brand among the everyday. It is not a timeless design either. In short other than being an oddball it is not really all

I am mixed on this. My colorado is a bit bigger than I would like, but I do like having body on frame and 4x4 capability. I hit 23mpg highway with ease and average 20 combined, but if they would make a smaller truck that would do near 30 it would be tempting. Yes, I know the diesel colorado hits 29mpg, but it is a

CPO at Butler Toyota/Scion in Indianapolis means you can save hundreds on an aftermarket fart  can or even just have no muffler at all!

For anyone with an 80's Chrysler it definitely has to be the Turbo Encabulator.

Was that at least running some version of the ls engine? Nascar is such a joke when it says that something is somehow related to a street car. The supra has nothing from the street car. It is not a supra in any way other than a few stickers.

Renegade offers manual on the lower engine though. Its bothersome.

Its not a useable car. Its got a crap transmission. For the price it doesn’t do anything for me. I’d rather have a miata with a manual and a stack of cash. Even think the miata looks better too.

I have no idea what you are talking about? I have way way too many hours in fortnight and its always possible to run from one end of the map to the opposite without getting hit by the circle. The only time you get a time crunch is when you waste too much time looting or you get caught fighting another squad.

Former NC Club Spec owner and I was disappointed that the new model had less hp than the outgoing. Seemed like a step backwards despite the loss in weight. I had been hoping that the current model would be on part with an S2000 in terms of power to weight, but guess I will continue to dream.

Adjust for inflation and then ask how flat it is.

20K for a part of a junked aircraft? Where is my crackpipe?

Hey now the 3.6 is a god send. Having had a 4 cyl colorado and now a v6, v6 everytime. 4 cylinder power curve was awful. Without towing 65 mph required running at 4k rpm if there was any amount of incline. 70 mph would drop the 4k range the entire time. MPG is worse than the 3.6, power is worse, so don’t you mar the

I’m calling bs on this article. If you are a sports guy yeah you may not know what ZR2 and Z71 means. Why would you its a truck. But if you are looking for a Colorado you quickly learn the difference between a WT, LT, Z71, and ZR2. As for the shelby being worth more than the Z28 due to name, I agree. shelby’s are

Then why bother with an F40 engine at all? Plenty of NA Ferrari engines in the wild. Just seems wasteful or done just for the sake of being able to say I have a modified F40 engine. Modified yes, but it is so far removed from what an F40 engine is that it is moot.

The type IV engine that was originally in this car was dead nuts reliable and relatively simple. Only thing that is a pain was the d jet fuel injection but that is mostly due to tracking down parts at this point. What isn’t simple is extracted HP from the Type IV. Fat Performance makes kits, but that gets expensive

Disagree, I have Star Wars fatigue. The IV-VI were great movies for their time. They are a bit dated in places, but still enjoyable movies just not as good as say Indiana Jones has aged.

Yeah because killing one person at a time is exactly the same as killing cities full of people.
