Pretty positive this is at the Olympic Game Farm. They take old show bears and all sorts of weird animals and you drive through the park feeding them stale bread. I agree that it’s pretty fucked up and that you totally shouldn’t feed wild animals, but this is a particular park where it’s encouraged to feed them.

Thank you for saying something that was accurate and did not just boldly ignore the fence the bear was clearly purposely put behind.

I’m not advocating feeding wild animals, but I think a lot of peopler here freaking out over the wild bear being fed - it’s an animal santuary in Wash. state (or so my BF here is telling me who claims he’s been after showing him the vid).
