“coveted five-speed model with the 5.0-liter fuel injected V8" lol no... the 5.7 (350) was significantly better than the 305... with a whopping 225 hp 330tq... that came in lower. 305s were never a coveted engine.

Kinda surprised that they didn’t wedge a Tesla-dig into the headline to really get those clicks:
The survey is based on customers reporting problems with the cars. So you can finish quite well despite building crap if your customers expect crap. The higher expectation and complexity is what pushes the more expensive manufacturers like the germans and JLR down the order. There is a reason why Porsche put wastegate…
SAAB for sure. They were outside the box and would have been awesome electric. Imagine a new version of the 95 not (the 9-5 mind you) with electric power.
My father had one of these for a work car when I was a kid. He loved it. He drove it into the ground and it never had any problems that weren’t related to age (rust, the exhaust fell off, it had a leak or 2, etc.). It got 31 mpg whether you were pushing it to the limit or having a lethargic cruise and it was a blast…
I seem to recall Waze doing a basic version of that early on, you’d have to drive around town to collect rewards on the road. Not sure if another Wazer could get it before you if they drove over it first. Seemed like a good way to encourage distractions...
The simplest way for Ford to get my money would be to make a car I want to buy. But they cancelled all those in an attempt to sell EcoSports, so I’m not in danger of buying a Ford any time soon.
Porsche CarAIRa.
Calling an EV a “Turbo” is absurd. I really dislike this blurring of automotive terms practiced by BMW, Mercedes, and now Porsche. It’s very un-German of them. The German language probably has a very specific word for precisely this type of thing.
GM fails to reinvent the wheel, but they took a crack at it.
Star for referencing the criminally underrated “Gung-Ho”.
Meh...it’s a NASCAR engine expert.
Clutch and rear tires I’d say. If they spun the tires and left gouges in the tread that can be construed as “sportive” driving and grounds for denying a tire warranty claim.
To be fair, it says right there on the back of the truck “DODGE”.
Nope, fuck that. This person is putting other people’s lives on the line.
Yay! Another ST that’s not an ST . . .
an ST performance variant
please dreamers don’t waste my time add is self explanatory,
