I mean no, I don’t think the Obamas were like “Aha, perfect! A sexual predator, precisely the right match for our little girl!”

All citizens must watch Hocus Pocus.
I’ve been getting PAPs since I was 18 (I’m 39 now), and I’ve never been told I have to do it yearly. I go every 3 years, once I get the combined PAP and HPV test clear (haven’t done HPV yet because they don’t recommend it routinely unless there are indications to do so, or you are over 35) I can go for PAPs every 5…
What I hate is that when HPV first came around, when I was in my early twenties, the testing and treatment was so aggressive! My original OB wanted to LEEP me, but I got a second opinion and decided to just wait it out. It cleared up on it’s own. Now that so many in my generation are having kids, they’re having issues…
THANK YOU. I’m a PA and when I had just got it of school and had all the guidelines fresh in my head I brought up my history of several years of clean paps, having the vaccine and having only had one partner, she simply told me “yeah you don’t need it but insurance will pay for it”. Uh okay... thanks.... I’ll make…
The recommendation in Canada now is one pap ever 3 years (unless there is some reason to increase frequency on a case by case basis). There was actually a poster on awareness about necessary vs excessive testing in the office last time I was there, which I thought was interesting.
Thanks for sharing this. Lots of women, especially women older than mid-20s stll get their annual Pap. I wish I could go longer without a Pap and colpo but because I’ve had years of abnormal Paps (thankfully never needed a LEEP) I still get to go every year. I’m just happy I’m finally on a 1x/year Pap schedule - for a…
Great show but I took a hard pass after Chris Brown’s guest appearance. Unnecessary and offensive. HUNDREDS of actors could have played that role.
“I may be divorced, but I’m not down for the Count(ess).”
Sonja is already texting him “im so sry im here if u want to talk... ;)“
I read it as I am not a mesh person. And they use mesh to repair hiatal hernia.
Me looking at that screenshot:
Is it because she’s wearing heels like that in home on her own hardwood floor while cleaning? That’s the best I’ve got. I’m also kind of baffled why this is such an awful commercial.
I’m glad someone else said this too because I’m thoroughly confused as to why that was held up as an example of a bad gender stereotype commercial.
1. At Jezebel, we side with the accuser because the likelihood she’s lying is stastically remote. But thanks for making assumptions about our motivations.
That is a goddamn novel, and the reason that it’s unsuccessful is that no one is reading it because they’re bored after the first paragraph.
ummmmm right?! i feel like im taking crazy pills, seeing all the hate for it. i LOVED it. i am going to see it again tonight and then i want to go take some friends to experience it sometime after that. it was just really magical. the ending........ just wow.
Can we finally meet at the middle on weed use and health? Its not the worst thing in the universe, nor is it a wholly positive indulgence. Rather than fighting to “smoke weed every day”... Can we accept that it, like any other substance, should be consumed responsibly and in moderation? I’ve never met a person who…
A mere $10 difference in these costs will turn into $100 over the course of a decade, and $1,000 in a century. Over the course of a millennium you’ll be able to pocket $10,000.
