I feel like there are places were the culture is more prevalent, so there are bound to be clusters. A rural town like Stuebenville where males who play football are treated like heroes seems like a very likely place for such a cluster.

I've borrowed money from friends in times of dire straights and was always very quick to pay it back. I think it just depends on the kind of person to whom you lend money and the relationship you have. I would absolutely lend a large sum to some of my friends, if I had it to lend.
