Eh, just move to the Midwest where we are are a few years behind on trends if you need a cupcake fix.

Don't second guess yourself for not giving in to the Cult of the Mouse. Ever.

I loved King Corn. I live in a region that produces lots of corn and it opened my eyes to gub'ment involvement in farming.

But in my family autism makes this research null and void. Sigh.

In summer, about once a week because I'm at the local pool with my kids. In winter, the day of my monthly massage appointment, because I don't want to gross out the Massage Therapist. Since she lotions my legs during the massage, it saves me that step.

Thank you for pointing out that developmentally disabled adults need to know and respect boundaries just like everyone else.

Or we could even coach our sons' sports teams. Or be their Boy Scout Pack Leader. Many youth organizations are desperate for quality leadership, male or female.

I nominate this story to win the "Best GIF's in Reply Thread" award.

My Midwestern town recently took out their older playground equipment and replaced it with the new stuff. I've noticed newer playgrounds don't seem to have a merry-go-rounds, which was a favorite of the older part. Fond memories of a queasy stomach after lunch on the merry-go-round.

I've found it at Wal Mart in the clothes detergent area. My local Target doesn't carry it.

Ice milk is something Dairy Queen used to say about its soft-serve, until the Gub'ment stepped in and said you can't call frozen dairy products ice milk.

I'm a stay-at-home mom and our division of labor is he earns the money and I take care of everything else. He unclogs toilets, opens stubborn jars and works a full-time job. If I worked, he says he would help out more, but I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't.

They aren't teeth, they are dentures. Eight year-olds have now to replace their rotted out adult teeth from (Mc Donald's) soda.

Mr. T99 works for the US Army as a civilian. There's the military angle to it all, plus the union, so take it for what it is worth.

The potential for abuse of a "treat everyone like an adult" work center is crazy. Have one person eff it up and you are all 1st graders again. Case in point, Mr. T99's work center had a Friday denim jeans policy. Some moron came in with ripped/torn jeans, a BIG boss saw it, and now no Friday Denim for you.

I'm sure the process of getting one of these Golden Return Tickets is based on office and career politics. You betcha the highly trained pilot would be chosen over the top performer personnel officer. Why? Because pilots are rarer and more expensive to train.

Bad moms make good storylines on tv. Bad moms in real life make their kids miserable.

Vigilante justice. If I saw a guy's name on that list, I would avoid him if he were interested in me.

When I went to college to be a dietitian, one thing I learned about scientific studies was "who is funding this study," which might explain the results. Of course widget makers are going to say widgets are safe. The American Dietetic Association (as it was known then), had lobbying and political views I didn't agree

Screen Auntie's calls from now on. She's toxic. Let her spew on someone else.
