And now all you’ve done is move the dirt. None of it was collected and put in the bin.

Bunch of savages on this thread.

The extremely perfunctory brothel scenes.

1. It didn’t develop its characters in any meaningful ways. With the exception of Rey having more confidence in her abilities, no one else in the movie was different in the end than they were at the beginning.

This is a good take.

This post reeks of rampant anti-broom sentiment and I will have none of it!

I didn’t think TLJ was great either. I liked it fine enough but that’s it. But there is no possible comparison with the trashfire that came after.

I didn’t particularly like it. I would rank the new trilogy in order, they got worse with each subsequent entry. None of them are as rewatchable and interesting as the prequels, which are not good exactly, but they at least created an entire, flesh out and deep world, which is what the OG trilogy did as well. oh very cool! i live in the HV (and have for a decade) and I spent a good six years in kingston! i love it here v much. can definitely see the Ocean at the End of the Lane taking place somewhere in the Catskills.

I would go further.  I consider it one of the greatest linguistic works of all time.

Partly because something like a photo real character still takes dozens or hundreds of people working in tandem, often on very tight deadlines. And sometimes it just don’t work.

Yeah, I’ve read those issues, but very shortly before the show began (I was actually finishing The Doll’s House in between watching episodes based on Preludes & Nocturnes). I’m up to issue 20. A different dimension can be a different dimension of the same verse or an alternate verse.
The multiverse is the term used to encompass all of the different verses.

I didn’t know Mark Millar commented on Gizmodo

I don’t think Sturridge’s look is wrong. He’s actually what I would consider a pretty appropriate casting for live action for the character.

I have to work it out anew each time I hear about the consoles. I get where you’re coming from. Nothing about the word ‘one’ or ‘series’ is inherently more or less advanced than the other.

Farming isn’t really important in NG anyway. And spending more than an hour or two to farm in NG is a waste of time considering NG+ doubles your exp gains. So if you’re not gonna go to NG+, you probably don’t want to bother xD

You’re not killing them that fast at lower level. The best way to kill them is wave of gold which you need to have killed the final boss to get. Some alternative require you to have kill either Radahn or Rykard and use their swords for big AoEs (but it’s not quite as good as the weapon from the final boss).

There was one later episode where it appears to be filmed/reshot some time after the rest of the series and Tom had gained some weight, as he holds his head down and his neck is thicker than before. When he turns his head to look at something, the neck roll is still there. I don’t know if he was taking medication or
