I mean I went through the process of opening a PS5 and upgrading the SSD and having that fail and realizing the new SSD was faulty and reinstalling the original and returning the faulty SSD and ordering another one and installing that and having it work.

What does that have to do with the question of why this requires buying an entire second console?

Does this need to be a whole new console? Couldn’t they figure out some way for it to be a new motherboard easily slotted in?

Having travelled constantly for work in the last 20 years and taken 100s of international flights, I always play a game called “Can I get my laptop out of my bag and into the bin before the agent tells me to take my laptop out of my bag and into the bin?”.

Okay sure, I guess he needed to repeat it another thousand times.

God, the last three books were such a mess, but especially the final one.

True, though looks can be deceiving to an outsider.

Exactly.

I don’t get where he’s coming from.

I think the thing that always made Horizon less than ideal for me was the character design and interactions. I just didn’t ever click with the “thick chubby-faced weirdly blocky bodies” of all the characters, nor of the animations and ways they all spoke to each other.

Sponsored content gonna sponsored.

Sometimes with a guy like this I wonder where the line is being “being an asshole” and “the chemicals in his brain are completely f’d up”. It sounds like he has real mental issues and probably needs careful drug treatment to balance things out.

Played a PS5 until earlier in 2023. Bought an Xbox Series X last summer.

Completely same. Especially if a game has multiplayer trophies, I ignore them all entirely as I know I have no chance of getting any.

Okay. Doesn’t really make sense does it?

“It certainly sounds like Tekken 8 is the best the series has been in a minute.”

Which is still not the same thing as market valuation.

They’re not only exactly what you describe, but we all know that the site runs three different headlines at any given time for the same article and goes with whichever one proves to be the biggest clickbait.

Now see, I was just whining about the wording of the headline, but yes, what you say makes by far the most sense.

I don’t understand why so many people seem to think “high market valuation = flush with cash they can spend on anything” but okay sure let’s go with it.
