GM did the split exhaust ports / twin turbo setup on the Quad 4, Looks like the intake also had split ports. Ran in the Aerotech II.

38 here - I like my 20s

Just one nitpick - the Iron Duke was GM’s old 2.5l 4 cylinder.

I’m in the same boat, although with an Xterra. Currently waffeling between just picking up a newer / lower mileage X or a ZR2 diesel. Trying to hold off until the full reveal of the Bronco

Vintage events are the best. I would love to make it to Goodwood someday.

60k will also get you a 650hp / 650 lb/ft ZL1.

Root was apparently abused by a pushrod at some point in his life.

How do you know someone is a crossfitter vegan engineer?  Don’t worry, they’ll tell you.

You should check out the Mustang 6G politics forum.  Holy hell.

Track ready, brand new with warranty and should be able to pick up around or just under 40k:

18mpg highway with a slight downhill and a tailwind!

My Xterra had locking lug nuts.. of course I lost the key.  Socket size that didn’t quite fit + hammer + impact = no more locking lug nuts

I think the Coyote’s actually fare slightly worse when it comes to fuel efficiency. I’ve seen a 28mpg average in my Cramro SS (6 speed - no cylinder deactivation) cruising on the highway. Lifetime average is about 18mpg over the 9,000 miles I have on it so far, that’s including the 5-6 track days I’ve had with the

I had an ‘88 with a Quad 4 HO swapped in it.  Fit the car well, although I still feel the 3.4 DOHC is the perfect Fiero swap.  Wish I still had that car.

I’ve heard the NE mud is a different beast.  Haven’t had a chance to run for an extended time in conditions like that.

Not the OP, but I’ve run KO2's on my Xterra the last few years. Ice / Snow here in MN, not as good as a full winter tire but not bad. Red clay we have up in the iron range, very good. Held up to all the sharp rocks, too. Did great out on the dirt and rocks in the Colorado mountains. Pretty quiet on road, too, as long

Removed rear sway bar, probably the first mod I made to it. Stock leafs with a lift shackle and add-a-leaf. Frontier rear shocks, slightly longer than stock.

I paid 40k before TTL for my 2018 SS 1LE, brand new. Not cheap, but a bargain for the performance. Used, low mile ones look to be going for 31-36k, depending on exact mileage.

I’ll second that

2014 is the old Mustang platform, still a solid rear axle. 2015+ has the new S550 platform with an IRS, and handles quite a bit better.
